Default Hard Starting when Cold - small battery?

I just boughta 1999 Dodge Ram 1500, 70k miles, from a dealer. It seems to have a hard time starting when it's cold. I checked and it has a new battery, but I'm wondering if they put in a battery that isn't strong enough. It says 650 cranking ams/ 550 cold cramking amps (or maybe I got that backwards).

Anyway, does anyone know the type of battery I might need?

You may need a stronger battery. I just put a 850 CCA battery in mine and it works good. Mine doesn't like the cold either if it's not plugged in. It will usually start because of Dodge's geared down starter, but it'll whine like a bastard.
