Default got my 3/4 ton springs

hey guy's finally got my 3/4 ton springs and installed . i went with 2wd 3/4 ton leaf spring because there 5 leaf and still 2.5 wide and used 3/4 ton 4x4 v8 coil springs sits level no leveling kit needed thought i let you guy's know so if you where wanting to do this here's what i did

sounds smart. several questions.
where did you get your 2wd 2500 rear leafs ?
new or used ?
how much $ ?
how's the ride ?
did it lift it ? how much ?

got them from junk yard used $50.00 bucks yes lifted around 1".5 2".0 and rides like a dream hauls a load and when empty very smooth sits level its a cheap conversion and small lift

the truck i got the coils from the blocks are 4" haven't installed them yet as i wil need a 2" to 2.5" leveling spacer for the front i'll install that after the body shop next week

Dang that sounds like a great deal. I'll have to price those from some of the junkyards around me.

yes it is after pricing out 3" and 5" lift and doing this thought i let all you know about it saves you some money and you get the heavy duty application instead of soft springs

WOW! Im very surprised I have never heard of anyone doing the rear leafs... Darn. I will be considering this now. I put the 2" level on, but grabbing those springs wouldnt be that bad just to have on hand and put in the garage just in case. How much did the leafs raise the rear up from where it sat normally?

they gave me right at 1.5 lift on the rear

Looks good. One Question, Did you or do you put larger tires on the truck? Curious why you have your front Bumper cut.

actually i've been running 305/70/16 for the past 3 years fight perfect rub the control arms just a little when turning sharp to the left getting ready to put 35x12.50x15 on and the bumper i bought from another guy not sure why he cut it but i'm going to weld some metal in so there square at the ends i don't like it the way it is
