hey guy im looking for a set of factory tow hooks for my truck i was wondering if any of you might have some that they might want to part with. like these ones

Well our trucks suck for frame mouting tow hooks. I bought just the tow hooks and built the rest of it out of heavy gauge steel and bent it to fit. I can post some pics if you want to see what I did.

 

they're pretty hard to find. i bought a set used on ebay a couple of years ago and had to pay about $75 for them. a forum member named godramit used to make a bracket for about $60/pr, but only did that for awhile. he's floating around on some of the other forums in the diesel section. you might try him. if he's not making them, he might know someone who is. or make them yourself. or just suck it up and buy a set. they're damn nice hooks.

 

+1 on that, my factory hooks have taken a lot of punishment.
