35's might run at full lock...may want to go 33's on the safe side. They should still fill up those large wheel wells pretty good. Go any bigger than 33's, you'll def need to some rear end work, like change your gear ratio...
I had 35s on my '98 RCSB 5.9 4x4 with 3" body lift. Big time backspaced 16" wheels and slight rub at full turn. Little trimming needed but only plastic. Mine came with 3.92 gears stock (thank the Lord) but mileage still sucked, 9 mpg city, 12.5 on trips IF I didn't go much over 70 mph on the interstates...
i just bought a 1998 1500 4x4 with a fair sized lift, and running 315/75/16's. It has stock 3.55 gears in it. What harm is this? What will I gain from going to 3.90's? I won't be off road too much with the truck. Just wondering whats good and whats bad. ie, fuel mileage, launch acceleration etc.

4.10 your gonna need them to push them 33" down the road
4.56 you need the for 35"
