just curious who has a v10 in theur truck? i have a question about bypassing the air pump?

I have one (as do others), I just didn't respond to your other thread about bypassing the pump, I guess we need more info.

Why do you want to bypass it? Is it bad?
A cardone replacement is about $80

I too have a V10. Also curious as to why you want to bypass it.

I picked one up at a junkyard for $27 last year. Also got valve covers and an intake. Total cost for all was $65.

it isnt hooked up because it has no cats and the bearings are going out in it

V10's FTW!!!!

You may be able to fit a smaller belt to eliminate the air pump.

Mine is going out as well, but I just ordered a new pump.

Have yet to put it in though…
