I think it went pretty well. I expect to see my name on the list, but we'll see.

 

One of my buddy's got a 2000 Nissan Sentra for free and I offered to detail it in exchange for his 2000 watt amp. I spent 5.5 hours detailing it (thing was filthy). I call him up and ask if I can have his old box too. He brought it over with two 12"s in it, he said they were blown. He had it hooked up wrong...so I got myself an amp and two 12"s in the dak now. They pound! Just thought I'd share.

Yea, I like loud sometimes. Particularlly when crusing through the beach area, but I've been keeping the bass on -5, which is still enough to make it sound good.

 

I feel ya man. I have 2 kids myself. I went with the in-line converter and kept my stock head unit. I burned up 3 scosche wal mart ones before I went to best buy and got a quality one. It's nice and clean now. How old are your kids? My daughter just turned 3 in march and my son is getting ready to turn 1 next month.

 

Got home and my puppy chewed my USB cable in half again...damn dog. I'll post a few pics when I get another...or splice into this one and rewire it, again.
