Someone needs to tell me how to make it more glossy. I tried a few things. Note the second pic. But I was un-successful.

Duplicate the layer, select the area and in the Hue/Saturation image adjustment lower the brightness (I think it's in hue/saturation anyway). Then you can always play with the layer blending options if needed.

Edit: Well I guess I take that back, apparently white sucks for reflectivity. This is the best I could get (reflectivity-wise, it's a quick job so the edges are rough...), Eric you're gonna have to live with flat black chops, lol.
