THE OFFICIAL 3rd Gen Dakota OT Thread
Was cold and nasty out for my drive home from RPI today. This is what the poor dak looked like when I finally got back (5 hour trip turned into a 7+ hour one with the cooperation of some lovely weather).

There is 1/4" to 1/2" of ice on the front and at least 1/2" buildup on the antenna, needless to say it was a "fun" drive. Damn near lost it going over a bridge on 90, expansion joint was oriented just right, kicked the rear end out almost completely sideways, for a second I thought we were going for rollover round 2

Not "cold cold" it's in the 30's.... but I don't have any warm clothes... never issued... and what I CAN get my hands on... isn't authorized... so it's T-shirt and shorts....

hey if you dont want the cold/snow/ice ill take it
but glad to hear you made it home safe w/o running a second crash test on the truck lol
Yeah, I got it rough too dude! Sposed to be in the low 30's when I hit the tree stand in the morning and the afternoon high is only gonna hit 58 here in south Ga.
But I'll be bass fishin' again by monday as the afternoon highs are sposed to hit mid/upper 70's again.
But it's OK, don't fret for me, I'm tough, I can take it...

Believe me you wouldn't wish for the stuff we got in that storm. Took us all of yesterday to clean it and the driveway is still an ice sheet. It's especially fun when each shovelfull feels like it weighs a ton
