33x12 is gonna require some serious hacking, and new wheels... im running the 2in kit and tires that are roughly 32x11 and they BARELY fit without rubbing, actually i think they may just barely clip the inner fender a teeny bit.

Quote: So with the leveling kit we can 33x12 no problem. Can we go bigger or wider with the body lift or is the body lift a waste of money? I have a TRX4 2010 and wonder what trimming I will need to do with the flares to fit the tires?
33's and only a leveling kit, no dice. This thread will help you out.

not a chance.... on my 08, i had a 3'' body lift, and a modified leveling kit, originally the leveling kit was a 2'' but i modified it to probably a little over 2.5'' even with all that, i had to do quite a bit of hacking on the inner fender and the fender flares to clear the 33 12.50's and a 9'' wide 0 offset wheel

Oh yeah?

With my leveling kit and 33x11.2"s on a stock 16x7 25mm offset (= 5" of backspacing) I had cut out half of my inner fenders, completley remove the factory flaps, and cut the front bumper 3" up. Is your sentence a statement or a question?

I did test fit the same size tire with wheels that will clear the frame (16x8.5 -6mm offset =4.5" backspacing, but moves the side wall 1.25" because of the wheel width). This required more trimming than I have already done with the same size tire. To step up to a 33x12.5, it can be done.....but you will need to bust out the dremel and start removing some serious material.
