I work for an Idustrial Contractor company that works for IOCC, here in Labrador West, NL. Ive been a welder for 3 years and recently just got in the Ironworkers Local 764 as a welder..

fabracation, nothing beats it.

I work for the people that make these things (see pic below). We do other stuff but anyone that has been in an auto repair shop has probably seen or used one. Might have been red. We private label them too.

Neat! We own one at my company. Works pretty well.

Im a medium/heavy duty diesel mechanic for the county here in las vegas. Associates degree in diesel technology. we work on the public works vehicles as well as metro's police busses and crime scene mobile hq busses and coroners mobile morgue. fabricate stuff for offroad vehicles on my spare time with my best friend/co worker.

testing with lvmpd. hoping to start academy soon.

and im only 22 lol.

Im a heavy diesel/locomotive machinist and work for a shortline railroad.I work on every part of the locomotive (from engine,wheels,heavy welding,air arc welding etc..)
just completed courses at the National Academy of Railroad Sciences (NARS)

not the RR i work for but there is a shop from them close to me...but i do the same stuff.

Didn't start out that way and never thought I would end up as a teacher. One of lifes weird curve *****.

I'm in the same boat you are...the waiting game. Hopefully, I go to the State Patrol Acadamy in January. I've been testing for 14 months since I applied. Passed the written exam, risk assesment profile, psych eval (written), application, background check, polygraph, in-home interview. If I go to the acadamy, I won't know until Dec.

I sell Computers. at Best Buy, I've done it for 4 years and i'm damn good at it. i've got an associates degree in computer networking systems. I also do freelance computer repair. deliver furniture, shade-tree mechanic, carpenter, welder, and an (internet) ordained minister (I blame beer+Google). oh and professional beer and whiskey taster.
