I must say I am envious... I have been threatening that I am buying them... the wife isn't a fan thus the hold up. They are definitely loud. My buddy, whom has a 3/4 Ton CTD, has them mounted in the same location.

Cool

Happy wife happy life! Haha luckily I am still young and single so I can do whatever I want lol I had them on my old truck and will never not have them. I hate people who pull out in front of you and make you slam on the brakes. Let's just say people speed up, or pull off to the side of the road haha

That would be classic at the beginning of a drive in movie when everyone is honking their horns for the movie to start. Let everyone sound off and then let loose with that monster! LMAO!!

Yea it is a kit. Here is the link. ---> http://www.hornblasters.com/products...train-horn-kit

I will try to get some pictures for you tonight after class. The price has really came down, three years ago when I bought them they were going for almost $800. I have a buddy that is a dealer for them so I got one heck of a deal tho haha

LOL I thought about doing this when I killed my horns with water and mud, but the same thing would probably happen to 'em. So I ended up with the pair of puck horns which sound lame, but I don't think they're stop working due to mud or water.

Actually, on my old truck everything was mounted under the bed including the trumpets, compressor and tank and I did my fare share of mudding in my old ranger. No issues with them at all. Left them on during winter and everything. In my dak, the compressor and the tank are in the bed as there is no where to mount them under the truck :/
