Default 3rd Brake Light

Well, I bought a LED 3rd brake light of Ebay for a Gen2 97-04
It fit and looks great, Only Issue I had was the Sockets wouldnt clip in.
This could be just because its Aftermarket. The design was the same, It was just a little to thick where it twisted, so it hit. I got them in so, then just super glued them in-place, You can still remove the Cargo light bulbs because it has opening.

Also used a Clay bar on the truck, I got LOTS of overspray on my Pass rear door from the primer i used before the bedliner on the rails.

No Lights

Cargo Lights on I put White LED Bulbs in.

It's the same one that I have, but all of my lighting fit in perfectly. The cargo LEDs as well as my interior LEDs do not have that slight glowing problem that some of y'all have.
It's gotta be a problem with the lights that cause it, not the trucks electrical system.

I thought they would, but it was slightly to thick so they wouldnt turn much. lol Mine came with a new seal, over twice as think as the old one lol
I should have bought the smoke one i seen months ago would have looked great on my truck.
And I think it is the lights, Mine are all cheaper EBay ones. They are still bright, i think a simple resistor on only 1 of them would fix it.

Used a 2G TBL on mine, too. Cargo lights were tough, had to persuade them to turn. Shoulda put leds in then, now I'm afraid to mess with them since they were so hard to turn last time.
