Almost destroyed the driver side bushing. I tried putting this on before but couldn't get the bolts out of the lower strut bushing. It took like 4 hours to get the bolt out. A full sized sledge hammer wouldn't move it... Took a bunch of pb blaster and lots of heating. And twisting and hitting. That nut and bolt was gone. Had to get one from the dealer for $10

Seems like the best course of action when changing struts or installing a leveling kit is to go to the stealership first and buy two bolts and nuts, then cut them out.

$20 vs 4 hours seems like a good trade!

But maybe you guys don't have kids . . . . LOL

ya its like everyone has trouble with those bolts, shop did mine...hopefully now they will be easier the next time.
