I went out to my truck this morning and discovered this


I don't know why the hell anyone would do this...I don't know anyone around where I was parked so I don't know why someone random would key my truck...

I almost cried when I saw it...

nope...I have a K&N sticker and an Apple Sticker...thats all

 

damn that looks pretty deep, you may be able to conceal it pretty good with paint chip filler. I hear dr. colorchip is quite good(pricey tho), unless someone knows otherwise.

 

Your insurance should cover that repair. Mine would.

 

Yea my insurance should be covering it and I have a guy that does really good paint work locally thats helping me out...i should be getting a quote from him today at some point...

It just suck that I have to look at it everytime I walk by my truck....

 

It was the apple sticker! Somebody lined up for a week for the new iPhone and discovered it was still just a toy!

 

That really blows, some people just have no respect.

 

I think I need to lower my deductable....

No joke, it could have been. Some people hate Apple with a passion, and are willing to do stupid things over it. There are also groups out there that could have seen the Apple sticker, thought "he has a nice looking truck, must have some money" and keyed you over jealousy. "If I can't have nice things like he does, I will ruin it for him."

Some people don't treat their stuff well, and when they see someone who does, they want to share their misery.
