Default Scratch Remover

So I had some trees have the audacity to get in the way of my truck and now I have scratches going down the side. I tried Meguiar's Scratch X 2.0 and I don't think it did a whole lot. Anyone have suggestions on removing scratches other than repainting it?

I think Costco has some scratch repair stuff, but I haven't gone in awhile so I don't remember the brand (I want to say it's the DuPont Fusion Color stuff)... anyone give that a shot? Thanks in advance.

If you do buy a buffer, get a good one, not one of those walmart orbital things. Those ain't worth spit imo.

I was going to get this one from harbor freight...

Any particular suggestions if that one isn't good or particular specs I should look for?
