it doesnt come any lower than the bottom of the bumper from what i can tell. it acitally mounts right into where the tow hooks should be and that is through the hole already in our bumpers on each side of the frame.

if you look at the album on photobucket you will clearly see the taillight guards. they are the metal things around the taillight in the closeup. they are $70. easy to install. and there are pics of the bullbar now. night shots thought with the lights. are we playing 20 questions here?

The 2 Screws hold them on tight, My work bought a truck with them on it and they didnt move, We had to remove them tho for the Space Cap we put on it.
its two screws that use the light mounting screws and one tab that pinches between the body n the light on the outside. kinda pita to initially fit on but once you give it some encouragement it slips in place.
