My vote is to just cut out 2.5" out of your wheel wells. In fact, there was a member that just recently posted pictures of exactly that. I might have to dig to find that thread.

Right now I have no intention for bigger tires, so it would look very odd, imo. Like seeing Tacomas with small tires (see them often here) looks very odd.

The TRX flares will cover up that rust. I'd say just a little over 4 inches (to be conservative) will be covered.

Thansk for the pic and size, this is def a cheaper option then another bed or deck. and will also look better imo.

well poked my bed some today and see the rust is ALOT worse then thought in the other spots of the bed (still wheel wells)

Im going to talk to a guy at my work who welds, and see if we can come up with a idea for the inside, Looks are not important there, just make each side match up atleast. Still need to get my Rear Drivers door fixed, it just at the bottom (only door to) aha.

Also this is why you DO NOT USE DROP IN LINERS. If I ever buy a truck with another one, im making sure its removed before I buy it, So I can see what its done

Fiberglass, roll in Bedliner and a for sale sign. Lmao
