Hello everyone! I'm trying to find a 2011 Dak 2 headlight to four headlight conversion housing or maybe a kit. I do a TON of off road driving as I work pipelines for a living. I can do the "all on mod" ( high beam, low beam and fog lights on) but I need to find four headlight housings. Halo and HID setups are NOT an option. They may look cool on the street where there is a lot of other ambient light around, but IMHO, nothing beats those Silverstar's when I'm WAY out in the sticks! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check out freethrottle.com. I recently got some wicked LEDs and harnesses from them for my 2009 dirt cheap.

Why not just get some off road lights, it's probably easier than modding the stockers.

Welcome aboard.

My HIDs in my fogs are more powerfull then my High Beams Alone or Headlights alone, and I didnt get super bright ones either.

I would get aftermarket lights, like a LED Light bar, or spot lights.

I can back this up. I tried HID's in the headlights.....what a hassle. The HID's in the fogs on these trucks will totally light the road. Once I did that, I went back to stock on the headlights. The fogs are plug and play. I never did have anyone flash me with the HID fogs. Unlike the headlights, the fogs are low enough it does not cause that big of a blinding problem for oncoming drivers, at least in my experience.
