Default Should I trade in my 05 for and 08(edit)

Pros: 3" body lift/ high output engine/ low mileage/ great condition/ automatic locks/ cruise control probably works/ rear sliding glass window/ fender flares/ folding mirrors

Cons: ugly color/ having to finance whatever amount my trade doesn't cover/ trying to register it in TX while in Cali/ leaving on deployment in 20days

If you've had your truck for most or all of its miles then my vote is no. I hate thinking about how people abuse their equipment. It would be rare to buy a used vehicle that has been maintained properly and not driven stupidly.

You're going to have to make that decision yourself, but I'm sure we'll all tell you to do it. Nice looking Dak, the color wouldn't sway my decision, only the condition of the truck would.

I like the yellow. Plastic bedliner would have to go. Just walk in there like you really don't want it unless it's a smoking deal. Lowball them, Dakotas are usually hard sells for dealers so I bet they'll negotiate.
