I was wondering if anybody out there has successfully swapped out their factory 6 disc stereo with u connect to either an aftermarket system that can maintain most u connect or remote control functions or if anyone has swapped a newer OEM style deck with maybe bluetooth audio streaming or navigation from a newer Dakota or Ram. I have a 06 Raider

 

Yes, lots of people have done it and there are tons of threads on the subject already. Use the search function and start reading.

Nope. U-connect is part of the factory stereo. You will lose it. Thats why I never upgraded my deck. I had the Infinity system and it was plenty for me.

 

I just want auxiliary and bluetooth music streaming if Thats possible lol I like u connect so was hoping a newer deck with u connect could replace mine and add features
