Performance Accessories is a good body lift. I know some guys have them and haven't heard any complaints from them.

So I bought a 2.5 inch leveling kit for my 2007 dakota SLT quad cab 4x4. In order to keep the front CV joints from binding and wearing out I am looking at lowering the front diff. Jack My Ride has a diff drop kit, as another member pointed out to me. I found a diff drop kit by another company and it's a little cheaper than the JMR diff drop. the only problem is that its sold for the 1997-2004 model. Where as the JMR states that it will fit the 1997-2011 model. Does anyone know why this is? Or if the 2nd gen dak and 3rd gen dak share the same diff mount points?

im looking to make some rear blocks for my truck at work, but ive seen mixed messages some saying tapered and others saying flat does anyone know which it is or does it even matter? Also, if tapered, does anyone know the taper angle?

Tapered. Not sure about the angle, but its small and depends on the thickness of the block. I would not recommend a block over 1.5" unless you are getting a shock that has an extened length greater than that of our factory one. If you get flat then you will throw off the driveline angle and run the risk of driveshaft vibration.
