rack & pinion 06 dak.

thinking on changing rack & pinion my self on my 06 dakota, whats the skill level for the average non - mechanic ?

Is it leaking fluid from the rubber bellows or does it turn real stiff on one side or the other?

This video is pretty typical of steering rack replacement and of working in confined spaces.
