2010 Dodge Dakota 4.7 automatic, No Crank, tested battery-good, cables and clamps-clean, when ignition is in run position dash and clock lights are on, when turned to start no crank and clock light goes out and stays out when returned to run but dash lights come back on, headlights are on and bright do not dim when turned to crank, switched around ignition starter solenoid relay, no help, checked ignition fuses, appear to be good, held shifter up and also put in neutral, still no crank, I'm at a loss, I guess the next step is to remove the starter and test it but it just doesn't act like a started or solenoid issue, any help would be greatly appreciated.
