I've got grey buckets in in central wv. It is a manual, and I know that it's not the most comfortable seat, but it cant be that bad. I rode in a 5spd silverado once w/ 4 adults in the front seat for 60 miles, to save$10 in gas. isn't there a joke like that? How many hillbillies can you get in the front seat of a chevy? BTW, does this bench seat have a seatbelt?

Yes, it does have a seatbelt. I think mine's stuffed down between the seats somewhere.

LOL on the hillbilly joke.

I may just chop the little section in the middle out of my front bench, and make a fiberglass armrest/console.

It'd look better that way.

I've got the bench in mine and would say lot's of luck trying to have anyone actually sit there. I tried to put my 6 year old there once for a quick trip to the local ice cream place. Not a good fit at all.
One time I stuck 5 other people in my truck right, the one who sat in the middle seat on mine was a a really cute girl, the ride was just fiiinnnee

if the middle section of the bench seat comes out cleanly, frenchy, I'd be interested in purchasing from you. At least pay for your time and, of course, the shipping.

Very easy to remove. Just have to unbolt the seats and lean them forward to be able to reach the bolts for the middle section. All three are bolted together.
