everyone says yes to the power wire but what it does is mess with the computer so much stuff go wrong. of course its running lean. thats what the wire does. advances it so much. i have 35000 and no engine light. but i passed on the power wire and just relocated my iat sensor.
Um no the wire makes it go richer in some cases, like warm up and wot. But makes no difference at part throttle.
Anyway, it a bigger issue related to fuel. Either fuel pump or regulator. Updates later..

Truck has been feeling doggy lately so I decide to take it out on the highway and burn the carbon out. Well, that wasn't the problem. as the truck pulled up to 5200 rpm it just stopped and missed terribly. I looked down in confusion then the engine light started flashing and the truck started chiming. I backed off right away and limped home.I have a right bank lean code, probably burned up the cat too. Glad its still under warranty. That will be up in a few more months.

Almost 26K, woo go Dodge! [&:]
Mine did something similar at around the same mileage and it was just a stupid O2 senser.

Well my truck is completely back to stock as the dealer continues to guess what's wrong. First it was just an O2 sensor, so they did that. Next it was my NGK's sparkplugs so they put oem champs back in. After that they replaced my tps because they saw I did the TPS mod. They were nice about replacing these parts for free, but they absolutly killed my throttle response (feels stock again-well I guess because it is now) and it still has a bad miss at 5,000 rpm. Engine light flashes when it starts to miss. Last night I pulled the rest of my mods back off so they can't go blaming that and sending it back off not fixed. Ofcourse it still missed, in fact after I pulled the power wire off it got worse.
I'm ready to scream lemon law andhave them exchange me for a Hemi. Or get a full refund and grab up a Tundra...

Any thought given to valve float - weak valve springs?

Well the mods have been gone for awhile now, so that wasn't the issue. They tried swapping out coils, thought they fixed it. I picked it up and...its still missing. Engine light came back on again. This is the 4th and final return to the dealer. Lemon law time.

Now that you mention it, it does kind of feel like valve float...but it will only do it in 2nd gear and up. You'd think it'd do it in first gear too...but who knows. I haven't looked into the problem at all.I technically shouldn't be worrying about atruck with this few miles under warranty anyway...[&:]

I went the lemon law on mine and they hooked me up a trx4 larime 06at the same price as the slt05 I had before.. Itwas along *** process to get them to buy it back from youittook about two months. Be nice to the people at impartial services and service reps. Have a paper trail to back up allattempts to repair. Good luck and give em hell. If the total number of days in the shop total a month you can get a payment knocked off too. They also paid me for all the mods i had done so i could repace them!
