Has anyone tried theose $400.00 Lowboyz front struts/springs? They can lower your truck also so I'm real tempted but not sure I want to be the first gen3 Dak with them.

lol yeah our trucks are low...but weren't the 2nd gen R/Ts lower than the rest of the daks too? Maybe if the RT went even lower, it'd look more sporty I vote try them

 

I think the Gen II R/Ts were just lower b/c they were 2wd....I don't think they were any lower than a standard 2wd Gen II Dakota.

Still, I think it would look nice...try it out!

 

I believe that 2nd gen R/T's were 1" lower. they came with a whole different suspension. I wish they would have made the 3rd gen R/T's stand out abit more then the regular daks. now they just slap stickers on them and no real performance gain.

 

Remember, in Southern California the object is to lower not raise unless you have a full size truck that cost 3 times as much as ours.
