ok, i have a quad cab 06 dakota, it shifts hard, not all the time, but quite often. i called a local dealer and they asked for my last 8 numbers in my vin and my last name and they said my truck doesnt have any "open recalls"....wft? if mine isnt in the recall list, and it still shifts hard, is there anything i can do to protest them and get this taken care of BY THEM.

well, just called my local dealership in clarmore, they said they will take care of me no problem. said it may take up to a half day though. they said they will run a diognistics on my truck, and do the TSB but they said they might as well check every sensor in my truck while its in. i dont have time till schools out, so it will be like early may
