I gained mileage from the oil... not sure on power though, I had it done at like 400 miles.

ic... I don't take note of my mpg enough to really notice whether I'll gain anything or not.

I can say this though... I get great mileage. some people have bashed on me for it. I get over 20 consistantly... I know people do too, but for some reason I caught some flack for it...

I can get about 21.7mpg at 55mph.

I changed to synthetic oil at a hair under 12000 miles....I noticed a slight increase in mpgs....maybe 0.5 to 1 mpg.
