I know this much... dont take it through a high pressure car wash... my fiance did and thrashed my decals... I am still debating on what to do with them... Might just pull them off and get a solid stipe for the rear... I dont know.
Klings, any idea how a coat of clear would hold up over the vinyl?

Have no clue about the clear coat.. I know a guy i made some decals for before, put them on his garage floor. He tried putting some sealer over it and he said the decal started to bubble a bit, then he stopped... It looks good now? I wouldnt recommend it!

damn... that sucks... I am not sure how to make these things permanant... I usually hand wash my vehicles, but the fiance like to pay for it for some reason... I gues I just dont know... maybe I should just get it painted. a solid line should be half affordable...

Did she wash it in the winter, and was there ice on the decals.. I always go to pressure car washes, and never lose a thing... also i have sprayed on it for a minute long and tested it and had nothing come off?

no, she went through in the spring... I cant figure out how it came off... must have caught a corner just right...
I might just get it painted... I am half assed kinda thinking about lowering it and making it a street only truck... I will prolly not be driving it too much longer as a daily driver... The fiance likes it more than the Durango, and teh mustang will be here next week... so between the hemi durango and the stang, I might just let her drive it for a while... untill she gets sick of it bouncing all around... lol
Oh yeah, the hemi durango is SLOW... she smoked me on the way home from our sons tee ball game, I got stuck with the durango because it needed an oil change... she took our son to the fields and I changed the oil. she drove the dak home... I tried to pass her and I heard the ol straight pipe roar. she walked on me! hemi my butt. that things a turd.
