Default 2wheel ABS to 4wheel ABS

Has anyone successfully done this? Or heard of anyone doing it with a 3rd gen? Besides the shocks my only gripe about my truck is how easy it is to lock up the front wheels so if it wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg it's something I want to do this summer. Problem is I've never seen kits for that type of thing, I asked a dealer about it and they told me it's not something they would do there.

That doesn't bode well, didn't really think about how much stuff I'd actually need... Something tells me the cost would be not much less than swapping in a hemi
