not really a mod but a trophy. went to the pepboys show today and placed 2nd in the dak class. stacy who owns a nice yelo 4 door beat me out. also bruce a.k.a. bkjtimp was there but i missed the oppertunity to introduce myself. i am kinda mad about that. but there is gonna be another show soon. had bruce entered his truck, him and stacy would have had to battle it out for first and i would have taken 3rd. i did not even bother to clean truck.just went for the ride and to meet new people

heres the truck that took first. i think it was rigged because all the women who had entered trucks in there class wether lifted or stock took first. but that o.k.

What was the event for? Just for show? Or overall?

If overall, what's been done to the yellow one.

 

it was just a normal show and shine. yelo truck was stock but an h.o. and the pep boys crew did the judging. so i dont know. it was 5.00 to enter the show. when you filled out the entry form. there was no place to list mods or anything. just name ,make ,model ,and year. thats it

 

Ahhh... so the yellow won because it is the FIRST vehicle the people looked at... I gotcha.

 

Congrats on the trophy. Second place isn't much to sneeze at, considering the other trucks you went up against.

 

I agree w/ frenchy, you got 2nd cause your truck aint yellow. Your lack of mammary glands may have hurt you also.

 

Yeah, my son Jack (8yrs old) and I took the ride to the show hopin to meet Superdak. We did see his truck but he wasn't there. I asked around but to no avail. We lined our truck up with the others, but never did enter the show--that was really never the intent...Plus we would have had to wait around another couple of hours for the judging and Jack would have gotten bored. The was a cool Ram Cummings that had twin stacks coming up the rear bed--that was pretty cool! We traded some exhaust revs then ended up leaving (showering anyways).
