Well, disaster struck:

Bolt on the stabilizer link snapped during removal, this truck hasn't even been on the road 2 years...
Gotta drive down to the dealer and pick up a new one ($60 [:@]) then hopefully finish the install.

Edit: I screwed the nut on there just so I wouldn't lose the washers and grommets, there's not enough length to install it like that though [&:]

Yo Altair Go to pep boys and for $20 bucks get yourself a set of energy suspension endlinks. They are better than oem ones and cheaper. Buy the 4-1/4 inch length or you might even be able to use the 4-1/2 inch length if they don't have the 4-1/4 inch ones.

I have 4 formations, 2 memorial day commemoration servies, a drill competition to watch, and base details this weekend. No classes monday but we have to report to some stuff. Not much room for fun, mostly getting things doneI couldn't during the week. That's what I get for being in the Air Force, not complaining though.
Let's thank everyone in the service or who used to be in the service this monday..

Wait, energy suspension has the whole stabilizer link? Like the whole metal piece that goes from the stabilizer bar down to the lower A arm? If so I got ripped off, went down to Brunswick today and got the OEM stabilizer link from a dealer for $60.

I did see a really cool house while I was on the way there though, stopped and snapped a pic of it check this out:

Unfortunately I forgot I was supposed to go out with some friends tonight so the truck is still on jacks in the garage with half the front suspension out. I'll finish it up tomorrow.

Ah, what the heck, might as well finish off with a random pic. My parts runner today, was my previous vehicle before the Dak:
