we built it and wrapped it in fleece... he is going to resin the outside. as far as the sub box goes, its already fiberglassed and airspace is matched to the sub...

I don't know... painting would have more of the show finish I'm looking for...

Heres my updates so far.... I did all this with about 60 ounces of resin... that fleece we bought Eric... holy crap, does it ever soak up the resin. :-(

And I'm still not finished with resining the fleece.... :-\

its coming along though... as soon as you get that fleece covered, the resin will stop flowing like water...

it is hard to tell from the pics you posted, how did that one curve turn out behind the 1200?

Good, very good, I like it...

The bottom picture shows the curve...

The resin, Eric, still isn't 100% dry, it's sitting outside in the sunlight right now, soaking up some rays..

that looks good... what temp is it outside right now frenchy? if its cold you might want to grab a hair dryer or heat gun...

It's about 70 degrees... I had it in the sun.. she's hard now... :-)

well, good, now get more resin and cloth on it... you could have it ready for sanding by 4... it should only need 2 layer on top of the fleece with how think the mat is you have...
