Well I dropped off my truck at the dealer today and they replaced the driver side strut but I won't know if it fixed the noise till tomorrow or Wed. I had them install my leveling kit at the same time since they had to remove one strut anyways and they stripped the hell out of the passenger side one. So now I get two new struts under warranty and cheaper labor on the leveling kit Just have to wait for parts to come in.

Altair I will be watching closely for your update. I wish I would have had the dealer install my level kit!
For those of you getting the kit unless you get a heck of a deal or DIY, I would recommend the dealer do it!
Mainly because if there is problems they will cover it, and less likely to blame any suspension issues on the lift

I have developed rattles that I cannot figure out where they are coming from, so I follow these threads closly.

ARG!!!

Just realized I forgot to put the update here, my bad. I actually got her back from the dealer on Wednesday, no rattles whatsoever (I would hope not after they replaced sway bar bushings and both struts). Must say I'm extremely happy with the leveling kit, looks much better and rides a lot better too (not sure if that's just the kit or if the new struts are helping too). All told I think I paid about $120 for some extra labor and an alignment. They also flashed my PCM with the updated software. I'll get pics up later, haven't gotten them off my camera yet.

Thanks!
I'm actually thinking of doing the 1" block in the rear now like MonkeyWrench has but I'm worried it will make the stock rubber look even more puny than it already does, lol.

Funny thing is the first time I ever saw my truck when my grandfather got it (was his for awhile) first thing I thought was "front end is too low" and the second thing that came to mind was "tires are too small". Hopefully next summer I can afford to throw some nice tires on it. For now I have to worry about saving up for Bilsteins and getting my exhaust done.

Had very bad squeaking and clunking on right front. Truck is at the dealership now getting fixed. Replacing the tie rod bushing as well as the control arm. Parts were on national backorder, which leads me to believe that this is a frequent issue. Lucky I had the extended warranty as truck just hit 37k.

I have been riding in a rental vehicle at thier expense since last Monday.

Will let you know if this fixed the problem. Mine was one side only.

Kerrbear219 Not sure if it's the same problem I have. I am experiencing front end noise also.
I checked the front end out and found my R/F Outer Tie Rod is worn out. Also the L/F Inner Tie Rod is
worn out. Now the R/F Outer isn't much to change. But to fix the L/F Inner....I have to have the whole
Rack replaced. Crazy isn't it. I have an appointment this week to have them replaced and Aligned.
Under Warrentee thank God.
Hope this helps,
WvChamp
