I didn't notice much of a difference on the 4.7L, but I did notice a nicer growl from the engine.

I had the same thing, don't really notice a difference, but sounds waaaaaaaaay better!!!!

Speaking of intakes, I'm getting a cheap one off eBay for the Celica, that I've heard makes it sound turbocharged at higher RPMs... hehehe..

Hehehe, I'm dumb.

WELL my intake actually has not come in yet...do you guys actually notice a MPG difference or does it not effect it that much?

Yes and no...

Depends on how you drive, and if you add exhaust as well... more intake, doesn't help, if it can't leave as freely.

Not much of a difference as far as gains. I think a lot of it is a bunch of hype to make a sale. Now if you get the JetChip Stage I or II, you'll notice a difference with that all of the way around since it tells the computer what you have going on.

YEAH well i have cat back exhaust that custom exits out in front of the rear tire so that and an intake should that help with gas mileage? i mean i drove like a grandma never leting it get above 3000RPMS and yeah i got 15.5MPG and it wasn't bad but still i was like GOD this sucks!

You own a truck. It's going to suck. Like I said, get the JetChip and that will make a difference. I was hitting 21 on the highway... @ 80mph.
