I kind of like the first ones, if they completely cover it that would be pretty sweet. But if the ones for our trucks are like the second one where you can see the light around the sides I don't think it would look that good.

 

The first ones,arejust vinyl coverings, by the looks of it.

 

the 2nd is a vynal decal as well, just cut to look like its a "cover"....im not talkin about the decals (although i already saw both on ebay) but im talkin more along the lines of what i had on my ram

it was a polished alum that i had chromed....

 

i thought about buyin a can of nightshade and doin that to my 3rd brake light, but im gunna sit on the idea till i figure out what im gunna do....dont want to rush...btw, i got my new antenna in and installed today...i mean, it took all 30 seconds of hard labor to get it on, but i got it

 

(IMHO) I dont like putting anything over my lights. Even if it is just the thrid light, i have mine set up were it blinks 3 times then goes solid. I dont know it might be just me, but i dont like doing anything to my lighting unless its to improve the visablity of them. Like for me im ALL aginst the night shades and things that reduce them from being seen.


And on a side note. that looks just like a peice of vinyl... anyone who cuts stickers can make it say what ever you want it to.
