some people say, save your money, go with ultra bright halogens, other people like me are solid believers in HIDs. I personally went with the HID headlights, and for my fogs I bought a pair of Hella Optilux projection foglights, came with hyper yellow bulbs (not HID) and they are bright, perfect for fog lights!

jimbo, im a little confused by your post. you have to turn on your lights before you start your truck? also, are yours a high/low combo or one or the other? i heard a lot of hid kits are one or the other...is there a write up on this so i am not shocked when i see what i am getting myself into later...id like to learn more about these before i take the plunge...i like to research my product before i purchase, ya know?
