Default Another exhaust question

Quick question guys, has anyone removed just the last resonator, and had a shop just bend up a pipe from the muffler out? And what sort of difference did it make sound wise ? I wouldn't expect a performance gain since from what I hear the resonators aren't restrictive?

Ya know, I was gonn cut that sucker off this weekend, but I got side-tracked....

The resonators are just there to decrease the sound from the exhaust..

I don't think that is going to make that much of a difference. The sound comes from the
muffler you are using.

I had that done when I first got my truck, had both resonators cut out, about two weeks after having it, ya, it didn't make a HUGE difference in sound... at all.
