the cool thing about this college is (at least at oklahoma state) there is a 9-1 female to male ratio
Wow I hate you now, RPI is 3:1 male to female, lol.
That's pretty cool though, sounds like you'll be pretty well off either way.

Kerrbear are you sure it was in the concepts section? I can't seem to find it.

Sorry about the wrong link, it's fixed. It is true upcoming 4.7's will have 300+ hp.

I'm going to be a senior this year, I changed my major so I'll be going for 5 years total though. I like it, really the only bad thing is the ratio and most of us there complain about it more than it warrants. The classes aren't easy but we have a great reputation with companies (we get all the big names at our career fairs). There's a good bit of development going on and our president is really trying to raise the reputation and recognition of the school higher. Odds are if you have a hobby you can find a club for it (there's tons of them, any student can start one and get funding if you present your budget to the union comittee). I don't really want to write an essay here, if you have any questions or just want more info message me on AIM. My s/n is AltairDusk.

RPI is Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. It's in Troy, NY about 20 min outside of Albany. US News ranks us as #19 in the nation on their top engineering schools list.

Oh yeah, shrpshooter, according to the career center we have something like a 98% job placement rate for graduating students.

I wonder if we can set our trucks up by purchasing the heads and manifolds, etc and put them on our trucks to get close to that hp rating... It'd be worth looking into later.
