yeah, this is hard. i'm not sure about your dak but on my ram the fan attached to the front of the water pump pulley and you have to magically keep the pulley from turning. i never could get mine off, and ended up taking the water pump off with fan still attached.
a big adjustable wrench will usually work on the fan nut. i think its 36 mm or so. some wp pulleys have external bolts and you can grab those with a really big pair of slip joint pliers. mine didn't have bolts but had 4 holes that i guess a special spanner type wrench would fit into. if all else fails try finding something like at local auto parts, might can rent/loan. some have success with a strap wrench on wp pulley, others just break the strap wrench. i bent 2 screwdrivers trying to pin the wp pulled to the wp casting.

depending on the mileage. there might be road grime that has welded the fan to the pulley. you may need to cut around the road grime to free the fan from the pulley. using a monkey wrench or spanner wrench for the nut fimly hold the fan in place by wedging a long screw driver between fan blades and pulleythen check to see if it is reverse threads or not. and pull and tug away. should come free fairly easy

Here are some pictures. You need a pair of vise grips and put them on the pulley and use a big adjustable wrench on the nut and wack it with a hammer to free the nut.
