uhm....not that long...maybe 30 minutes...but thats taking the cover off...grinding the old sealant off and grinding down the front diff cover to make it smooth and clean before i put the new sealant on to reattach the front differential cover...just a key point if you are doing this your self make sure you have a wiz wheel to grind down the cover before applying new sealant and re attaching! and make sure to go over the nut wholes on the cover so that way it seals correctly instead of going around them like alot of techs do...it just makes it drip off and it ends up leaking alot sooner than it should!
