I just think it's uncalled for. I don't mind calling someone out, I just don't think you should do it in a matter that shows you're being an a-hole about it. I call people out all of the time, but I do it with tact.

We have a Captain that works here at the MEPS and he gives me crap just about everyday, and I take it and dish it back, but I called him on something that irritated me about what he had said to me that was uncalled for.
