Do you have a checking account? Almost any bank will give you a debit card if you have a checking account with them which you can use for paypal.

 

nope no checking account the banks here want you to be 18 to get one and im only17, i keep trying to talk my mom into getting me one(she works at a bank) mostly for gas in my beast but no luck yet

im in Northern NJ about an hour west of NYC

 

ive always had lights and LED's and all that fun stuff in my vehicles but what i love the most and get many complements on is some strobe lights in the vents. they look really cool and grab anyones attention once they see them(preferably at night)

 

That sounds pretty cool, I'm assuming you didn't run them while you were driving tho? (I'd probably get distracted and crash, lol)
