ok i need to know real quick how many of the 2 resonators should i have taken off when i do my exhaust also will it make a big difference in exhaust sound??

Take them both off, you don't needeither of them, all they do is quitethe system. Also look into a new y-pipe....

 

When Ihad Meineke do mine I had them ditch everything after the cats. Then a single in to a Flowmaster SUV 50 and two out split each side behind the rear wheels. Nice mellow rumble, not annoying.

 

Take out both, I had everything behind the y-pipe removed (could have gotten better performance by changing the y too but I was doing it on the cheap this time around). Mine is pretty loud but I'm running a cherry bomb vortex muffler SI/SO which is a little deeper and a bit louder than a flo 40 (love the sound, I highly recommend it if you're not looking for somehting quiet).

 

i got the flowmaster 40 series, and i love it, i took of both res and the 5 foot muffler and it sounds great. and it wasn't hard on the wallet.

 

I cut off everything after the cats...and bought a flomaster 40 series and had it exit out right before the passenger rear tire! and yeah it sounds amazing...you know its there but at highway speeds when you have your music playing...and not blasting...just around say 15 or so you can't even hear the exhaust!

 

I left one in. I love the noise, but not that much and it doesn't hinder the performance either.
