I installed the fastman throttle body not too long ago. Its a great upgrade. I have noticed though that at least once or twice a week when I say pull in to my driveway and put the truck in park the engine revs up. the tach goes up to just a hair above 1000 rpm and then down to normal idle. It does this for a good 5 minutes. Its like someone is pushing the gas pedal but I'm not. Has anyone else had this happen after installing the throttle body? I followed the fastmans instructions to the letter and it doesn't really happen that often to concern me but I thought I would see if anyone else has had this happen and if I should be concerned.

 

mine did that a few times. just mash the gas and it will be ok. it is the tps that is acting up. it needs to get use to the new paramiters. give it awhile
