Here are the pictures from my camera from the Trail in Silverwood Lake Ca. When Jimbo wakes up and uploads all the pictures he has there will be LOTS more.
It was a VERY fun time. As far as Trucks we had: Mine (Dak), Jimbo (Dak), Jacob (Ranger), Cris (Toyota) with cassandra and Jorden riding with. I went up the hill first, little sandy and had to put a rock on the tire that was spinning. Once the rock was there up i went without problems. Next Jake came up, spun it in the same place of sand. Rock again and off he went. After jake and i got to up first hilll we already could tell that we would have to park the 2wd trucks because this trail was going to be one were 4x4 was needed 90% of the time! But They both did give it a go! So we had to park Jimbo and Cris' Trucks at the trail start. Altho, Cris CHARGED the first hill at about 40mph and made it about 3/4 the way up! We did tow him up the rest of the way to get him up to turn it around.
We also came across 2 guys in some Jeeps. They were really cool! So we tagged along with them for awile. Even in the areas that the one jeeper said he could winch us through, WE DID in our Ranger and Dak! Everything the 2 jeeps did, we fallowed! Even Getting props from them on how well they were handeling the trail!
The trail was a BLAST to be on! ONLY issue we ran into was i had to do some "trail rated body mods". I guess i was so flexed out at some point i poped the screws holding my rear wheel well into place. So as i was going the tire caught it and bent it out! Out came the pliars, hammer and tie strap, we trail fixed it and off we went! Damn dodge only put ONE scre and a peice of PLASTIC to hold it on!!!!!!!

Yeah it was pretty awesome! The first hill was one fun thing to climb in the 4x4s.
We started out on the trail slow and just rollin along. Getting that 2wd toyota up the first hill was freaking insane! It was one of those things you see people do on tv and say "wow I'd love to see that in person". I was at the bottom of the hill and just watched him launch the back end in the air! After that lets see....we ran into some cocky jeep owner, he kind of pissed me off because here we are, sitting there, everytime he got his jeep stuck haha. It's a freaking awesome Jeep, but when you see a boulder the size of texas sticking out of the ground, dont try to run over it [sm=badidea.gif]. lol! ANYWAYS! Man sitting there when Chris was uhm going over this one part and I was able to get pics of under his truck, it was so awesome seeing that much space in between the center of the truck and the ground!! But yeah facing upward soooo far on some of the trails was so amazing! Can't wait to go back and get some more dirt!
Well, little sneak peak for yall, this trip reminded me that I need to call a few off road shops here in california..................................more to come!
