Default Factory Electric brak plug

I am bored on leave and have been checking out the dodge talk community 3g ram forum..One guy (h2omelon) has towed 9100 lbs with his quad ram 4.7L..That to me is AMAZING...anyway. I have a Raider with the tow package and tried to look for the factory plug under the steering colum and could not locate it..all I found was my obd2 plug....unless that isnt my obd2 plug in the metal bracket?!?!? So if someone with it could post a pic that would be great

On a different note...I am again VERY bored and trying to think what I want to do with the truck...Superdak has done some great things to his truck..I know I am going to do the cams, shift kit, and maybe the deeper pan....but I was wondering I have the 392 gearset and mine is 4x4...would the 4.10s make that much of a difference?

I don't have the ability to get ya a picture right now (first day back at work w/out a camera) but, as I recall from when I installed mine, the plug's on the left side of the steering column. I looked at the OBDII plug, but it was nowhere near the right size....did you get the factory wiring harness? If so, you can just try to see which plug it fits...I think there's only two under there.

Cuban - I had the same problem. I looked everywhere and couldn't find the plug. I went to my local stealership and they told me that there wasn't a plug installed on mine. This was weird because the adapter plug for the brake controler was in my glove box when I bought the truck andI have the factory harness installed. They told me that I would have to hardwire a brake controller to install it.

My stealership has always been a bunch of idiots and installing a brake controller is really easy with or without the plug in, so I just chuckled at them and left. Yours maybe like mine. If it is you need to find the blue wire that is under the dash. It is the only one that youneed. All the others can behardwired very easily.

Cuban, here is the picture you seek. It is located to the left of the brake (or just to the right of the emergency brake) and should be blue like the harness plug.
