Default Well Guys....

... I traded in the Dakota last night. It broke my heart, but I had to with the price of gas getting ready to soar.

I did keep it in the Dodge family though. I bought a 2007 Charger, SXT. I wouldn't go less than the 3.5L, unless I got the Caliber R/T. The Charger is a bit on the base line though. It has the "hub capped" wheels, which I'll probably change in the near future. It's a very nice car and it rides very comfortably and very punchy. It has 9800 miles on it.

I've got plans on changing things on it next Spring, so I'll be up there with the Hemi as far as power goes.

Anyway, I'll still be around, I'll even probably hangout here since I'm still a Mod, unless they change that and make me a mod in the Chargers section.

Catch you later,

Todd

Sad that you had to trade in the Dak but at least you stayed in the family The charger's a pretty nice ride, definitely a better choice than the Caliber. So get some pics up so we can see your new ride!

It happens to us all Todd. I traded in my Dakota for a Dodge Stratus R/T coupe....and then upgraded to my Grand Prix GTP....so I understand your pain. Back when Katrina drove gas prices thru the roof, I traded out of my truck faster then a crackhead goes after loose rocks.....

Enjoy the new ride and you can always get another truck - maybe a diesel Dakota in the future!
