any auto store sells them, and there is no adjustment to make. just make sure you put the correct shakle on the correct side. before the install put both together side by side. they should bow together not away from each other. looking at the back of the truck the right shackle is for the passenger side and the other the drivers side.

i dont think the shackle would work, isnt it just for 4*2? o have 4*4

 

4x2 and 4x4 have the same setup at the rear end, don't see why it would matter any.

my 05 is the 4x4 so it doesnt matter
