Default SCT tuner?
Has anyone seen this? Found it on KRC's site http://www.krcperformance.com/krc/in...4&Itemid=2, and sounds good, just don't know if it will work with our trucks. Based off a dyno tune, so don't know how that would work?

I know my buddy has one for his F150, and you cantell the difference,i know it comes with three different tunes

i have been working with hemifever on getting one for my truck. looks like it will be in late dec or jan.

I noticed they show a KRC supercharger that fits 2000-06 4.7L. Not sure if they got that right or not cause I thought there isn't one made for our gen yet...

The supercharger for the 4.7 is real, I have seen the video of it. They will also make it for the 3.7. Although 5 grand is kinda pricey.

anyone know what kind of power this tuner is going to give off? if its only 10 hp not worth it, also isnt this the one thats like 500 bucks?

yeah, its like 500 bucks, and SCT super tuners put like 20HP to the wheels on my dads last silverado... I am not sure what they do on daks, but the rams are around the same as the chevs...

Well the link shows 700 bucks! Does seem a little steep. Especially in comparison to something like Edge's products. I'd rather have something like this. You get more than just some plugin. This one's $800-



They just need to make one for our truck!!!!

waste of money if it only give you 20 horses i would much rather save that money and put it towards that supercharger

well, you do realize that you only get at most a 40% increase in power... thats 80-100 for $5200 right? at best thats $52 bucks per HP...
the tuner should give atleast 20 for 700... $35 bucks per HP...

As far as bang for the buck. the tuner is better.
